The free trial lasts 15 days on 1 WordPress site, with no credit card required. It includes the booking form, live table layout, availability calendar, email confirmations and all four payment gateways. CRM, loyalty points, SMS and other paid features are shown in the comparison above.
Are the prices monthly rates or license totals?
Each displayed price is the total for the full license term: Starter is $19.90 for 30 days, Professional is $39.90 for 90 days, Business is $59.90 for 180 days, and Annual is $99.90 for 365 days. The approximate daily rate is shown only to help you compare value.
How do Professional, Business and Annual differ?
Professional and Business include the same advanced tools: REST API access, waitlist management, white label and multi-restaurant management. Professional covers 90 days; Business covers 180 days. Annual covers 365 days and adds priority support.
How many websites can I use with one license?
Each paid license supports up to 3 separate WordPress installations. Free Forever and the free trial each support 1 site. Choose the plan that suits your restaurant or client projects.
Are there any additional fees?
All prices are in USD, and VAT may apply. JavisTab does not add a per-booking transaction fee. Payment providers and messaging services such as Twilio may charge separately; those provider fees are not included in your plugin license.
How will I receive the plugin and updates?
After payment is confirmed, your plugin download and license key are sent by email. Updates are available directly in WordPress Admin → Plugins during your license term.
How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?
The guarantee applies to all paid plans. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, email support@javistab.com to request a full refund, with no questions asked.
Can I upgrade to another plan?
Yes. Purchase the new plan and use the new license key. Contact our team before upgrading to ask about applying unused days as credit. Any credit is arranged with support.
How do I add the booking form to WordPress?
Add [rbp_booking-form] to a page using a Shortcode block. You can also use [rbp_table-layout], [rbp_availability-calendar] and [rbp_booking-lookup]. Follow the setup documentation (opens in a new tab) for the full instructions.
Will JavisTab work for a buffet or a restaurant in Vietnam?
You can manage capacity by guest count for buffet bookings and offer service packages priced per guest. JavisTab supports Vietnamese, English and French, along with VietQR, OnePay, Stripe and PayPal. Use the free trial to check the booking flow with your theme and restaurant setup.
