🔑 License & Trial

✓ No credit card required

Yes — JavisTab offers a 15-day free trial on 1 WordPress site with no credit card required. During the trial, the full booking form, real-time table layout, and all four payment gateways (VietQR, Stripe, PayPal, OnePay) are fully active so you can test every core feature before committing.

Start your free 15-day trial → — takes under 2 minutes to install.

Each paid JavisTab license can be activated on up to 3 different WordPress installations. This is ideal if you manage multiple restaurant branches, a food court, or client websites as a developer or agency.

Need more than 3 sites? Simply purchase additional licenses — there is no per-site surcharge and the price is the same. Each license activates instantly and independently.

See our Pricing page for full plan comparison.

After payment is confirmed, your license key is automatically generated and emailed within seconds — no manual review or processing required.

Your delivery email will contain:

① The plugin ZIP file ready for WordPress upload
② Your unique license key in the format RBP-1Y-XXXXXX-XXXXXXXX
③ A direct link to the full bilingual (EN/VI) setup guide

Check your spam folder if the email doesn’t arrive within 2 minutes. Still nothing? Contact support@digitalzila.com.

Yes. You can upgrade from Starter → Professional → Business → Annual at any time by purchasing the higher plan. Your new license key simply replaces the old one on your WordPress site — no data is lost and the booking form remains live during the transition.

Contact support@digitalzila.com if you need assistance switching keys, and our team will guide you through in minutes.

Yes — all plans include automatic WordPress updates for the full duration of your active license. Updates appear directly in WP Admin → Plugins, exactly like any standard WordPress plugin. No manual ZIP uploads or FTP access required.

When your license expires, the plugin continues working but you’ll no longer receive updates until you renew.

💳 Billing & Payment

✓ No questions asked

If you are not satisfied with JavisTab within 30 days of your purchase date, email us at support@digitalzila.com and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked and no conditions to meet.

The guarantee applies to all paid plans: Starter ($19.9), Professional ($39.9), Business ($59.9), and Annual ($99.9). Free trial periods are not eligible for refund (there’s nothing to refund).

You can purchase JavisTab using any of the following methods:

Stripe — Visa, Mastercard, and all major international cards
PayPal — available worldwide
VietQR bank transfer — for Vietnamese users paying via local banking apps

All transactions are processed securely. No card details are stored by JavisTab or its parent company.

JavisTab licenses are time-based one-time payments, not auto-renewing subscriptions. You pay once per period and choose when to renew. There are no surprise charges.

Available license durations: 30 days (Starter), 90 days (Professional), 180 days (Business), and 365 days (Annual). The plugin continues to function after expiry, but updates and support require an active license.

VietQR — QR bank transfer deposit at booking

Yes. Switch the capacity mode to by_guests in the admin panel to limit total guests per time slot instead of counting by individual tables. This is the correct mode for buffets, set-menu dinners, tasting events, and experiences where total headcount matters more than seating layout.

You can then create named buffet packages — e.g. “Buffet Standard 350,000đ/person” or “Buffet Premium with Lobster 490,000đ/person” — that guests select at booking time. The total deposit is automatically calculated by multiplying the price per person × number of guests.

See the Reservation feature page for a live demo.

Zalo OA messaging, the Zalo Chat Widget, and SMS via Twilio are included from the Starter plan ($19.9/30 days) and above. The Free Trial includes email confirmations only.

To activate Zalo OA, you will need:

① A free Zalo Official Account for your restaurant
② An OA Access Token from the Zalo Developer Portal
③ Your OA ID entered in the JavisTab plugin settings

Detailed setup is covered in our Help & Setup Guide.

REST API access is available in the Professional plan ($39.9) and above. It allows you to connect JavisTab to external systems via standard HTTP endpoints:

• Read and manage reservations from your POS or custom dashboard
• Query real-time table availability from a mobile host app
• Push booking data to CRM or analytics tools
• Build custom front-end booking experiences without the default shortcode

The API uses standard WordPress REST API conventions, making integration with modern frameworks straightforward.

Yes. The Table Layout module provides a drag-and-drop floor plan builder where you define table shapes, sizes, and positions. Once published, the layout is embedded on your website via shortcode and updates in real time as bookings come in — guests and staff instantly see which tables are available, reserved, or occupied.

The availability calendar gives a date-by-date view of slot capacity. Both views are available on the Table Layout demo page.

🛠️ Setup & Support

JavisTab has minimal server requirements and runs on most standard WordPress hosting:

WordPress 5.8 or higher
PHP 7.4 or higher (PHP 8.1+ recommended)
MySQL 5.7+ or MariaDB 10.3+
• Active internet connection for license verification and payment gateway webhooks

JavisTab works with any WordPress theme and does not require WooCommerce, Elementor, or any page builder. It is fully independent.

After installing and activating JavisTab, adding the booking form takes three steps:

① Create or edit a WordPress page
② Add a Shortcode block and paste [javistab_booking]
③ Publish — the full multi-step booking form renders instantly

You can force a specific language with [javistab_booking lang="vi"] (Vietnamese) or [javistab_booking lang="en"] (English). Additional shortcodes are available for the table layout ([javistab_table]), availability calendar ([javistab_calendar]), and booking lookup ([javistab_lookup]).

Full step-by-step instructions at the Help & Setup Guide.

All paid plans include Zalo and email support at support@digitalzila.com — typical response time is a few hours during business hours (GMT+7).

The Annual plan ($99.9) includes priority support with faster response queuing and dedicated onboarding assistance.

Self-service resources available to all users:

Full bilingual documentation (EN/VI)
Blog with setup tutorials and tips
• In-plugin guided setup wizard on first activation

The Booking Lookup page lets guests check their reservation status, modify details, or cancel without contacting staff. To enable it, create a WordPress page and add the shortcode [javistab_lookup]. Guests enter their booking reference number and email to access their booking.

This reduces support load and improves the guest experience — especially valuable for high-volume restaurants and buffet venues. See the Booking Lookup demo.

The Javis Review Funnel is a post-visit feedback module that prompts guests to leave a review after their dining experience. The funnel works intelligently:

• Guests who rate 4–5 stars are redirected to your Google, TripAdvisor, or Facebook review page
• Guests who rate 1–3 stars are directed to a private feedback form — capturing complaints before they become public reviews

This strategy helps restaurants build positive review volume while managing negative feedback privately. See it in action on the Review Funnel feature page.
